Our reputation for rising to the challenges architects give us has resulted in substantial business growth, opening an opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to join our Artarmon Head Office team.
About your role.
As the Bid Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Director and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to manage the production and collation of our project submissions.
In your role, you’ll be responsible for:
– co-ordinating and distilling information from our clients, BDMs, engineers and designers to create comprehensive submission documents
– ensuring submissions meet the clients’ briefs
– developing submissions that are on brand and reflect our innovative, design-focused approach.
What you need to succeed.
This new position suits a Bid Coordinator from a marketing, engineering, construction or graphic design background or even a quick-learning, entry-level applicant, looking to grow with the role and business.
As well as having a pro-active attitude, you need to:
– be a great collaborator
– feel comfortable dealing with senior management
– have a level of understanding of design principles (ideal but not essential)
– be energetic and focused
